ENROLLMENT PROCESS

  1. Schedule your Free Introductory Session to meet one-on-one with a coach to review your fitness goals and interests. We will assess your current fitness level to establish your start.
  2. Your Athlete assessment ensures your current abilities and training interests are matched with the best Tao program to accomplish your goals.
  3. Once enrolled as an athelte, you will recieve a Primary Coach to personally guide you through your program, training, and additional perks that come with your membership.
  4. You will work together with your Primary Coach to establish accountibility benchmarks to ensure you succeed. Show up, never quit, and get the results you’ve always wanted!
