The training at Tao is a core strength and conditioning program. The WODs will be constantly varied, consist of functional movements and be performed at high intensity. Functional movements are classed into 3 primary modalities monostructural (metabolic conditioning), gymnastics and weightlifting.

Performance can be brought to an abrupt halt by dysfunctional movement patterns and underlying restrictions in mobility. Oftentimes, the factors that impede performance are invisible. Regular mobility work illuminates and corrects common movement errors that can cause injury and reduce an athlete’s speed, power, endurance and strength.
