PRINCIPLES OF TAO
Our fundamentals program, the Principles of Tao, will give you the necessary fundamental mechanics to place you on the path to achieving elite fitness. The program is a one month program and includes twelve(12) one hour sessions in a small group setting to ensure you learn the skills to achieve your fitness goals. We also offer this course as a private program where you will get the coaches undivided attention. In addition, we offer mini courses if you are more experienced and only need to focus on specific movements.
We encourage spouses to train together, so both can experience the many benefits CrossFit methodology and CrossFit Tao have to offer. As part of this encouragement, we will give a 10% discount to the chosen membership packages.
TUCK & ROLL
If you are in town and looking for an awesome place to get a WOD in, we have you covered. Our drop in fee is $15/session or you can WOD and put a new shirt on for $30.
If you work in a safety related field or are active military, we would like to say thank you by extending a discounted membership at $75/month with a one year commitment. Contact us directly to discuss the details and thank you again for your service.
Yoga is a perfect compliment to our high intensity training and fast paced professional lives. You can add yoga to your membership package or just pay a drop in fee for an individual class.
